WELCOME

You know something isn’t quite right in your life, but you don’t know what to do about it.

Asking for help can be difficult, even scary sometimes.

"Courage is not the absence of fear.  It is acting in spite of it.”

—Mark Twain

It takes courage to take the first step to make your life better.

Therapy could be that step.

Emotions are involuntary. We can’t help what we feel. We can work on understanding them and choosing how to behave based on that understanding. Psychotherapy helps you understand yourself and your emotions better—which gives you more control over yourself.

Check out my blog where I discuss psychological issues that affect everyone, particularly relationship and parenting challenges.

Being a psychologist on television has allowed me to positively affect a larger number of people. Here is more information about my TV appearances and publications

I regularly conduct workshops on different relationship and parenting topics.  Come and learn in a group setting.
